The Anderson Meat Company is proud to offer War Eagle Mill Flour & Mixes to our customers.  Since 1832 War Eagle Mill has understood the importance of fresh natural foods in the lives of families and that was when the first mill was built.  Still today the old stone ground mill runs off the natural resources of the river.  You can get our flour at any one of our Pickup Locations.

Way back when, we chose to focus on you, your taste buds and your health by making our products deliciously fresh and naturally produced.

All of our whole grain flours and meals are ground by stone. Stone grinding is the best way to preserve the natural nutrients in flour. Our stone buhr mill, powered by water, uses a slow process so the grain is never heated, unlike the huge steel roller mills of today that operate at a high rate of speed.

Nothing is separated from the natural grain in stone buhr grinding nor is anything added. The corn oil and germ remains in the whole grain product. and the wheat germ oil and bran are intact in whole wheat flour. The wheat germ contains 90 percent of the vitamins of the wheat including vitamins A,D,B complex and large amounts of E. Those letters spell out a healthy choice for our customers.
